What you're actually buying into: the Bow River valley and Fish Creek Park on the west and south edges with pathways dropping straight into the valley, Century Hall's year-round programming, and the Seton district next door — South Health Campus, the YMCA and the shopping. If beach access matters, look at Auburn Bay or Mahogany next door; if you would rather have the river and a lower fee, Cranston wins.

What is the difference between Cranston and Riverstone?

Riverstone is Cranston’s river-valley pocket — newer, estate-leaning homes built along the Bow with Fish Creek Park access, priced at a premium. The rest of Cranston is the family core with better value per dollar. Same community association, very different price points — always check which one a listing actually sits in.
