Cranston’s amenity is Century Hall (rink, splash park, courts, toboggan hill) plus the river valley and Fish Creek Park, and its association fee is typically far lighter than the lake communities’. If beach access matters, look at Auburn Bay or Mahogany next door; if you would rather have the river and a lower fee, Cranston wins.
What is the difference between Cranston and Riverstone?
Riverstone is Cranston’s river-valley pocket — newer, estate-leaning homes built along the Bow with Fish Creek Park access, priced at a premium. The rest of Cranston is the family core with better value per dollar. Same community association, very different price points — always check which one a listing actually sits in.
